Extra Curricular

Trips

Educational visits provide children with learning experiences not possible within school. Each class aims to go on an educational visit, or welcomes a visitor, at least once every half term. We are very fortunate to be so close to a range of local attractions and in the past classes have visited London Zoo, London Aquarium, the Tower of London, Madame Tussauds, the British Museum and the Tate galleries to name just a few. In recent years we have also run exciting trips to Legoland, Broadstairs Beach and even Paris!

Children in Years 5 and 6 are also given the opportunity to go on an exciting residential trip in the Summer term.

Clubs
We offer a wide variety of clubs that take place after school and during lunchtimes. These are run by members of staff and outside agencies. The current clubs we offer are:

Music opportunities

Christ Church also has two very successful choirs, led by our music teacher Jason. Pupils in years 3, 4, 5 and 6 are invited to join the choirs, which have performed at a number of events including the Camden Music Festival and at the Royal Albert Hall.

Children from years 1 to 6 can also receive piano, guitar and violin tuition, which takes place during the school day.

Up to date details of our clubs and musical tuition are provided in our regular newsletters.
